YOUR RIGHTS

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, 
you have the right to cancel your order and return 
any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

In addition to your statutory rights, Dormveil™ 
offers a 30-Night Sleep Guarantee on all products. 
If your sleep does not improve within 30 nights 
of consistent use, we will refund you in full.

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1
Email us at support@dormveil.com with your 
order number and reason for return.

Step 2
We will reply within 24 hours with 
return instructions.

Step 3
Send the item back to us in its original 
condition and packaging.

Step 4
Once we receive your return, we will process 
your refund within 5 business days.

— Full product price refunded to original

— Funds appear in your account within

— Return shipping costs are the

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you receive 
the wrong product, please email us immediately 
at support@dormveil.com with your order number 
and a photo of the item.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund 
at no additional cost to you — including return 
shipping in these cases.
